GUN & MODERATORS SHIPMENT POLICY

Please note we can not deliver Guns or Moderators to your home address; these require an RFD Transfer or Collection instore only. This is down to UK Law

RFD Transfer £25 - Collection From Your Nearest Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD)

Please select either RFD Transfer or Collect instore at the checkout otherwise this will result in a delay in processing your order

When selecting RFD Transfer you'll be contacted by a memeber of our staff to arrange the transfer to a suitable store local to you

RFD Transfer

Due to the VCR Act on mail order laws, we now have a comprehensive network of agents throughout the UK enabling us to deliver your riffle almost to your door.

This is a service provided as a favour by your local gun shop for which they make a nominal standard charge of approximately £25, this is payable upon collection of your riffle. This is as well as our shipment cost of £25.

Next day service

This service we will decided which courier would be best suited due items that have been ordered.

Please note our deliveries are not guaranteed for next day delivery; however, the courier will endeavour to get your order with you by the following day

How do I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please refuse parcel and ask courier to mark as damaged for return.

Please wait for an email to confirm your order is ready for collection before coming to the store.


Returns

If you are unhappy with any item, we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances, the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
